Experience

As a creator, educator, and scholar, Aubrey Helene Neumann is dedicated to supporting the next generation of theatre artists, goers, and advocates. Her research centers community-engaged theatre with young people, with a particular focus on the experience of rural youth. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Neumann acted and directed in regional, summer stock, and indie theatres throughout the Midwest. She has also trained with SITI Company, Albany Park Theatre Project, the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, and the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin.​ www.aubreyhelene.com
