Davis & Elkins Recognizes Retirees, Employees for Years of Service

Davis & Elkins College honored 2020 and 2021 retirees and employees for years of service during the College’s annual All-Campus Picnic. Open to employees and their guests, the event took place in Myles Center for the Arts.

Retirees receiving an official Davis & Elkins College chair and a plaque expressing appreciation for service were: for 2020, Assistant Professor of Education Dr. Donna Carr, Professor of Chemistry Dr. Oma Morgan, Dining Services Cook Connie Sharp and Director of Institutional Advancement Karen Wilmoth; for 2021, Associate Professor of Nursing Lora Abruzzino, The Naylor Learning Center Office Manager Joyce Nestor, Professor of Mathematics and Physics Dr. Sharmi Roy; Director of The Naylor Learning Center Mary Ellen Schubert and Professor of History Dr. David Turner.
