Workers with Applied Construction Solutions, Inc. have finished the crowning touches to the Citizens Bank of West Virginia Amphitheatre at Davis & Elkins College just in time for the coronation of Maid Silvia LXXXIV. Renovations to the structure began in July with anticipation of completion for the Mountain State Forest Festival. However, a delay in the arrival of materials could have resulted in the roofing not being installed in time for festivities. The construction crew put in extra hours in the evenings and weekends to ensure the facility was ready for Festival week. An official dedication ceremony will take place at a later date.
