Capstone Form

Important Dates

Davis & Elkins College will hold Spring Capstone Day on Thursday, April 23, 2026.  The majority of students who anticipate graduating at the conclusion of the spring semester will present their culminating academic work to members of the campus community. Students must work with a faculty adviser to complete this form.

Completed forms must be submitted by Thursday, March 26 at 5:00 p.m. to ensure placement on the Capstone schedule.
