Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics

In this program, you’ll benefit from a curriculum developed with input from industry leaders, ensuring real-world relevance. The Business Analytics major is a hybrid program (online/in-person). Offered through the Lower Cost Models for Independent Colleges Consortium (LCMC), the degree program combines the flexibility of online learning with the mentorship and community of D&E’s on-campus experience.

D&E faculty members are available for support and guidance. Class sizes are intentionally small, so early registration is important to reserve space in the classes.

Our curriculum is crafted to build future leaders who can:

  • Make sense of complex data.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Understand how businesses work.
  • Deliver insights that drive change.

You don’t need to be a math genius to succeed. This program is for strategic thinkers, not spreadsheet robots. With our low-code approach, you’ll focus on the tools and techniques employers use, not unnecessary technical hurdles.

Internship Opportunities

Internships provide opportunities for students to apply knowledge gained in the classroom while making meaningful contributions to the organization for which they work. Students can complete internships during any semester, though most take place over the summer and last about 10 weeks. With guidance from the Director of Career Services & Student Employment, students develop an internship proposal and gain hands-on experience in their field. Internships also include a reflective journal, a final paper, and relevant research.
