Capstone Form

Important Dates

Davis & Elkins College will hold Fall Capstone Day on Thursday, November 12, 2026. The majority of students who anticipate graduating at the conclusion of the fall semester will present their culminating academic work to members of the campus community. Students must work with a faculty adviser to complete this form.

Completed forms must be submitted by Friday, October 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to ensure placement on the Capstone schedule.
