Secure Your Place as a Senator
U.S. Residents
You can make your deposit online below or contact the admission office at 304-637-1230.
Resident Students
To reserve your place as a D&E Senator, please submit a $250 non-refundable enrollment deposit and complete the Residential Enrollment Deposit Form.
Commuter Students
(Must live within 50 miles of campus)
Please submit a $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit and complete the Commuter Enrollment Deposit Form.
International Residents
To reserve your place as a D&E Senator, please submit a $2,200 non-refundable enrollment deposit and complete the International Enrollment Deposit Form.
Fall 2026 deposit deadline: July 15, 2026
Upon submitting the international student enrollment deposit, the International Student Services Office will reach out within 1–3 business days regarding I-20 issuance (Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Student Status).
High school and college transcripts not presented in English must be submitted to SPANTRAN for translation and evaluation.
