WEST VIRGINIA NATIONAL GUARD - The West Virginia National Guard’s Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. James Hoyer, will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) Dec. 14, 2017 with six colleges and universities from West Virginia to develop mutually beneficial internships with the WVNG’s Fitness Training Program.

THE INTER-MOUNTAIN - Athletes from Davis & Elkins College helped make the Halloween holiday a little sweeter for area youngsters as part of an annual trunk-or-treating event Tuesday night.


THE INTER-MOUNTAIN - Each year, the safety, first aid and CPR class from Davis & Elkins College visits the Elkins Fire Department to learn about the ins and outs of how a fire department runs and about the equipment used by fire officials in various rescue scenarios.


WDTV - Some students in Randolph County had the chance to learn more about the arts and the earth, in hands-on fashion this week. The students had the chance to work with many experts including professors from Davis & Elkins College and local artists during the unique experience.
