Carli Cressman is in her second year with Davis & Elkins College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer after being named to the position in August of 2018.

Cresmman, who is from Brookville, Pennsylvania, will be coming from Gannon University where she recently completed her Master of Athletic Training in May of 2018.

While working on her Master’s Cressman gained clinical experience working with several athletic programs, including Edinboro University’s Football program, Gannon University’s Women’s Lacrosse and Men’s Soccer programs, and Penn State Behrend’s Swimming, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Volleyball and Softball programs.

During her studies, Cressman was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award for the Gannon University Master of Athletic Training program. She also represented Gannon University in the annual Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society Symposium Quiz Bowl.

Prior to her Master’s work, Cressman completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Gannon, graduating in May of 2016.

She has also worked with various programs and events, including Harbor Creek Senior High School, Villa Maria Academy, the Pennsylvania Special Olympics and the Edinboro Open.

Cressman earned her athletic trainer certification through the BOC and is certified in CPR/AED through the American Red Cross as a professional rescuer. She is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society and Eastern Athletic Trainers’ Association.

Cressman resides in Elkins.
