ELKINS – Renovations to Myles Center for the Arts are taking shape with the installation of the glass curtainwall along the serpentine wall of the event space. Here, crews prepare for the metal panel installation along the fascia and work on the roof and wall framing for the rotunda. Sitework on Myles Plaza is continuing in preparation for placement of sidewalks, pavers and landscaping. The $6.7 million project is generously funded by Trustee Emerita June Myles. Completion is expected this fall.
