Graduation Regalia

All graduation regalia has been paid for through your student's tuition and fees and must be ordered at the D&E Bookstore. The bookstore also offers diploma frames and other gifts. Visit the D&E Bookstore online to browse the variety of merchandise that is available. For further information contact the D&E Bookstore at 304-637-1588 or via email.

Refund of Housing Deposit

To receive their housing deposit back, students must go through the proper check out and walk through with their RA. If you would like to know what the procedure entails, contact Student Life Office at 304-637-1211. Once this is done, a paper check will be mailed from the Business Office to the permanent address on the student’s record. If you have any questions about this, please contact Samantha Rader at 304-637-1323 or via email.

Student Accounts

Transcripts and diplomas will be held until all accounts are paid in full. Contact Samantha Rader at 304-637-1323 or via email with any questions.

All graduation requirements are listed in the College Catalog.
