Employee Wellness Spin

Instructor: Jennifer Tesar; Fridays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. at Elkins Randolph County YMCA. These are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Combining bursts of intensity working as hard as possible with periods of rest preparing for the next effort, the spin class is a short, intense style of training that enables participants to control their own resistance levels and speed. A high intensity, low impact workout, spin is scientifically proven to return rapid results.
