Dealing with Stress Through Meditation and Relaxation

Learn how to recognize stress in college and how to utilize mediation and mindfulness to deal with stress. Participants will learn meditation and relaxation techniques to assist in dealing with stress. The session will take place on Halliehurst porch.

Limit of 20 participants with social distancing and masks.
