On Thursday, April 19, as part of the 2018 Biology & Environmental Science Forum, D&E alumna Sarah Marshall will give a research presentation. Sarah is completing a master’s degree in biology at Youngstown State University. She is using multiple techniques to identify myosin protein expression is sloth limb muscles. In addition, she is evaluating the metabolic profiles of the muscle fiber types. Sarah’s presentation is being sponsored by D&E’s Zeta Chapter of Chi Beta Phi, the national math and science honorary. The forum will take place in Eshleman Science Center room 413 at noon. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
