Office Services Coordinator
Location: Madden Student Center
Through Office Services, Carolyn answers all incoming phone calls to the College switchboard and directs inquiries to the correct area on campus. She is also the main point of contact for mail services - assigning and maintaining student mailboxes, sorting incoming mail for the entire campus, logging all packages, maintaining printing services inventory, coordinating billing for office services, completing postal service reports, and preparing outgoing mail.
Carolyn has worked at Davis & Elkins College for more than 10 years, with most of her time spent in the Business Office.
Carolyn has received computer training at Randolph County Technical Center in Elkins.
