Help Desk Coordinator

In his position at D&E, Adam serves as the first point of contact at the Information Services HelpDesk for faculty, staff and students. He assists with various technology projects on campus and manages and maintains the HelpDesk ticketing system database. He also supervises student computer repairs, virus removal and software installation.
Prior to his appointment at Davis & Elkins College, Adam worked in the technology field for West Virginia University, Fairmont State University and Concord University. While employed with West Virginia University, he served in the Extension Service Office of Technology and Office of Information Technology Department. He provided operating system, software and desktop management support for multiple offices, served as network administrator, and assisted faculty, staff and students with technology needs. His work in the Fairmont State University and Concord University Information Technology Departments included network configuration and hardware and software support.
