What I Find Rewarding About D&E:

It is extremely rewarding to work at an institution that so highly values the traditional arts. The D&E administration is sparing no effort or expense to make the Appalachian Ensemble a top-notch organization to preserve and perform traditional Appalachian music and dance. We're paving new ground for traditional music at the college level.
