As an alumnus, you are entitled to the same services provided to our current students. Assistance with resume and cover letter creation, job search assistance, and networking with other D&E alumni are just a few options.
We encourage all alumni to stay connected to your alma mater after graduation through our Alumni Relations office. Please contact them to keep informed of homecoming events, social gatherings, or one of our many regional alumni chapters.
D&E also encourages our alumni to consider becoming a mentor to our students as well. Career Services is, especially, seeking alumni who have graduated between 5-15 years ago to connect with our students. Your perspective on starting a career in today’s economy is especially valuable and we would love to host you in the classroom or through Skype to share your experiences.
Alumni who need career service assistance but find that they live far away from D&E are able to utilize any nearby college career center through a letter of reciprocity provided by the Office of Career Services at D&E. Most college career centers will provide limited services to non-alumni with such a letter. Be advised, however, that these services will vary from college to college and charges may apply. Please be aware that the Office of Career Services does not offer resume or cover letter writing services nor are we able to complete an application for you.
