Employee Wellness Personal Training

Personal Trainers Steve Nollenberger and Aaron Friedman will meet with interested employees on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. This employee wellness program will emphasize total body training and will include cardio, core and resistance exercises. The format will be circuit training for resistance and core and interval training for cardio. Emphasis will be placed on teaching good form. This program is designed for people of all fitness levels. Each participant will also be given a nutritional consultation and ongoing lifestyle support.
