Plan Your Event with D&E Hospitality Services
We're here to help make your event a success!
Many people and organizations host events on the beautiful Davis & Elkins College campus every year. D&E has several great facilities you can rent, plus catering services and a professional event planner to help guide you through the details of your event.
D&E facilities are perfect for conferences and meetings as well as special occasions. Our historic mansions, including Halliehurst and Graceland, are unmatched locations for weddings, receptions and other lifetime events. Our conference center can handle groups of up to 100 people, with or without overnight accommodations, making D&E the area's premiere full-service conference facility.
Reservations
To request a location, contact Conference & Convention Manager Cindy Nucilli at 304-643-1340 (cell), 304-637-1226 (office) or nucillic@dewv.edu. Following tentative approval, you must fill out and submit a Facility Request Form. Once the form is completed, it must be submitted to the Conference &
Convention Manager for final approval.
To help ensure space availability, please submit the Facility Request Form at least six weeks before your event date. Some locations must be booked months to a year ahead of time.
Please note: No reservation is final until you receive confirmation from the Campus Conference Office.
Selecting a Facility
Consider whether the facility you are requesting is appropriate for your event: Is it large enough? Is food allowed there? Please ask us if you are unsure. If an outdoor venue is preferred, consider reserving a rain location as well.

Request Set-up Services Set-up needs, such as tables, chairs, lecterns, microphones and public address systems, trash cans, and custodial services can be provided for a fee. You can reserve these items through the Campus Conference Office. In addition to having items delivered, we will arrange to have them set up in the configuration you request. Charges do apply for labor, trucking, custodial charges, and rental of space and equipment.
We offer on-site consultations to help you determine how best to arrange a room or outdoor area for your event. Please contact our office to arrange a meeting to discuss your specific event.

- Contact the Conference & Convention Manager for assistance to plan how best to promote the event.
- For late night parties, indicate security plans.
